9th February 2015

What a cracking weekend we had!

Friday evening was the Strum Like George Formby workshop led by John Bramall – it was a fun but challenging evening! I hope we can organise a follow on class as it was really good to learn new techniques. A big thank you to all who attended – we raised Ā£115 towards our Youth Music project here at The Woolpack Studios.

On Saturday we played for the Dry Stone Wall Associations 15th Anniversary at Weston Lane Social, which was really fun. We were welcomed by lovely people and had amazing food too! Big thanks to everyone who played – it sounded really good. All the practise has paid off!
