Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday to Korks! We had such a great time. Players and audience members made such an effort with fancy dress and it looked and (in the case of the band!) sounded brilliant! We got the audience dancing and singing along, which is always fantastic.
Tim H (OUO) won first prize for best dressed ukulele player. His gruesome costume make up (and zombie walk) was spectacular!
Jenny S won first prize for best dressed audience member
Here are some photos taken by Simon C – thank you! 🙂
Have a look at some more photos John H – thank you! 🙂
It’s that time of year again when we get our costumes and fake blood ready and dust off the old spooky song file!
We’re delighted to be teaming up with Korks this year for our Spookulele event – and it’s going to be the biggest and best yet!

Tickets are £10 (£5 for ukulele players) and the event is for over 18s only

We’re delighted to be performing twice at this year’s Otley Folk Festival!
Catch us at 2pm with De Temps Antan and Duncan McFarlane at Otley Parish Church (tickets needed – small group performance)
We’re also performing outside The Woolpack Studios from 4pm. There’ll be music on outside The Woolpack Studios from 12pm-6pm. Pop down if you can!
I hope you will be able to join us for our first session back after the summer break – this Monday 5th September 7pm-9pm.
We’ll be learning lots of new songs together and continuing to develop our ukulele skills! The sessions are open to players of all abilities – some will be 4-chord fun songs and some will have more challenging parts – but there will always be something for everyone!
We’ve got Otley Folk Festival, Otley Beer Festival and Spookulele to look forward to all before December… so I hope you can come and be a part of the funnest and friendliest band in town!
Looking forward to seeing you all soon

I’d also like to say a HUGE thanks to everyone who came to play and support us at the Kirkstall Festival this year – we managed to dodge the torrential downpours and had an excellent day! Thanks to Alan and the Kirkstall Festival team for having us – we hope to see you again next year!
Come and see us live at The Cloisters Stage at Kirkstall Festival, Saturday 9th July from 4:30pm. It’s a great day out so we hope to see you there 😊
